In Monthly Maintenance Fees
Frequently, people look at ads for retirement
communities that have fees lower than at Foxwood. However, most of
those communities have their grass cut and their snow removed and
nothing more. Sometimes trash pickup is included but not in all cases.
Below is a listing of services and activities covered
by monthly “Maintenance Fees” at Foxwood. All residents do not use all
of these activities, but they are available for those who choose to take
advantage of them, generally at no additional cost. Some of these items
are also listed elsewhere in the pages of this web site, but a more
comprehensive list is included here for easy reference.
